Sizing suggestion: 

I would suggest if you are a size 26~28 to get the 44, a 29~30 to get the 46, a size 31~32 to get a 48, 33~34 to get a 50 and 35~36 to get the size 52.

That's my personal opinion, they fit pretty snug on my waist and doesn't come off as most sweatpants do.

Do whatever, these are my favorite drop crotch pants, they go with whatever and fit amazing.
